Opened in 2001, the hotel comprises a total of 35 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities on offer include a foyer, lifts, a newspaper kiosk, a small supermarket, shops and a hairdresser's salon. In addition, a bar offering small snacks and drinks as well as a restaurant with culinary specialities is also provided. Guests may make use of the hotel's WLAN Access Point. This apartment complex is located 100 m from the beach and links to the public transport network in the centre of Torrevieja.
