Renovated in 2004, this 10-storey complex has a total of 126 apartments, of which 2 are wheelchair accessible. The complex includes a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, and lift access. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking garage for an additional fee.
The apartment complex is located in Roquetas de Mar, only 50m from the beach and few steps to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the tourist centre,shops and the public transport network. Almeria airport lies around 37 km away.
