Opened in 2005, this apartment complex occupies a modern and quiet area and comprises a total of 12 pleasant apartments, including standard apartments, penthouse apartments, and apartments with private garden, spread over 3 floors. The complex features a reception that can be reached at night on an emergency number, express check-out, safes, lifts, a small supermarket and W-LAN access. Those arriving by car may take advantage of a private garage, which is connected to the apartments by lift.
This holiday complex is situated in a quiet hillside location with wonderful views of the sea. The picturesque town of Benalmádena, where many restaurants, bars and shops as well as public transport are to be found, is about 1 km away. A beautiful sandy beach is around 4 km from the complex and Málaga airport is around 15km away.
Each of the tastefully decorated and welcoming apartments comes with two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with a DVD player, a hire safe and W-LAN access. A well equipped kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave feature as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.
