Established in 2005, this apartment complex was built using modern construction techniques. It comprises a total of 114 apartments, spread across the main building and the annexe over 6 floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 4 lifts, and a supermarket. Further facilities include 2 cafés, 2 bars, 2 pubs, an auditorium and a games room.
