The building was built in 1975 and consists of 10 floors and a total of 133 apartments. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a TV room, a shop, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. The hotel provides a bicycle storage facility and a room service for guests.
