The air-conditioned city aparthotel was built in 1978 and renovated in 2003. It consists of 56 rooms on 8 floors of which 24 are doubles and 32 are apartments. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, lifts as well as a café, a bar and a TV room and a conference room. Furthermore there is an Internet terminal, a laundry service and a secure bicycle storage facility available. Guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage.
This hotel is located just a few minutes from the fine sandy beach and from the centre in the leisure area of Marbella. Countless shops, restaurants and a lively selection of bars and discos and a connection to the public transport network are to be found in the surrounding area.
