Monte Verde enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Menor Mar from its lofty hillside location. A four bedroomed holiday home to sleep up to eight people it is spacious and ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy the tranquilty of the Monte Verde community.
The property benefits from its own private pool but guests also have the option of using any of Monte Verde`s three community pools (two outdoor and one indoor).

Rooms Description
The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer, coffee machine and an additional bottle fridge. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.The living room has a high ceiling which gives a very light and airy feel to the room. There is a fireplace and you can relax whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views, or stairs go down to the private pool area. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor, which houses the washer/dryer.From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with an oversized bath, an additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to the private pool. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, an en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading out to the pool. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share use of the additional shower room.
